Legal · Your data
Privacy policy
WildWooHoo respects your privacy and only collects what we need to work with you. This page explains what we collect, why, where it is stored, and how to have it removed.
What we
collect
- Creative Register applications. When you fill in the register form, we collect your name, email, location, links to your work, and anything you choose to add - including, if you tell us, accessibility needs. Those details are optional and are handled with care.
- Community list. If you sign up to our community newsletter, we collect your email address (and your name if you give it).
- Direct contact. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, our host records standard technical logs (for example, IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. Embedded content from YouTube and Spotify may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
How we use it,
and where it lives
- Why we use it. To consider you for collaborations, to send the community newsletter if you have opted in, to reply to you, and to run and improve the site. We do not use your information for anything else.
- Where it is stored. Register applications are handled by our website host's form service (Netlify). Newsletter sign-ups are stored with our email provider. We use reputable providers and keep your data only as long as we need it.
- We do not sell or share it. Your information is never sold, and is not shared with third parties except the service providers above who help us operate, who are bound to protect it.
- Your choices and rights. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to be taken off the register or the newsletter. Just email hello@wildwoohoo.com and we will action it.
