Active briefs · Collaborator pool · Members area

Open calls

WildWooHoo's project work is built with a curated, geographically-distributed pool of music, video, animation, photography, design and research collaborators. Members are vetted by application. We bring briefs to the pool; the pool helps us deliver, win grants, and travel further than any private studio could. Anyone can read the active briefs. To act on them, apply.

Application-only · curated, not crowdsourced Project briefs shared with members first Active in AU · EU · Brazil

How it
works.

  • You apply. Fill out the form below, links to your work, role, location, what you want to collaborate on.
  • We review. Dr WELI personally reviews every application. We're looking for quality, fit, and craft, not credentials.
  • You're invited in. Approved members get access to the private Slack, the Notion resources area, and the brief board.
  • Projects come to you. When a brief fits your skills and location, we reach out. You opt in or pass.
  • We apply for funding together. Grant applications cite the network as part of WildWooHoo's delivery capacity. You stay independent; the studio carries the application.
  • You get credit and pay. Real credits on published work, fair rates on funded projects, ongoing collaboration where it fits.

Collaboration model

We work on funded industry-level projects and we also welcome time-for-print collaborators - working without payment, but with full authorship credit, access to studio structure (promotion, brief board, network introductions), and a path into future paid commissions. Tell us what fits you.
