# WELI Event Interludes

## A live reset for rooms full of ideas

WELI Event Interludes are **5–20 minute hosted sessions of music, simple participation and science storytelling** that refresh attention between talks, panels and presentations.

They are designed for conference producers, university and research teams, public-sector programmes, festivals and other serious events where people need to stay engaged through a dense day of ideas.

## The programme moment

Choose the moment you want to change:

### Opening Interlude — 5–15 minutes

Welcome the room, establish shared energy and make participation feel safe before the first session.

### Mid-Programme Reset — 5–12 minutes

Restore attention after dense talks, panels or technical presentations without breaking the intellectual thread.

### Closing Interlude — 10–20 minutes

Give the programme a shared physical and emotional landing before networking, drinks or the final call to action.

## What the audience experiences

1. WELI gives the room an easy way in.
2. The group moves, listens or responds together.
3. The experience connects back to the event’s central idea.

No choreography. No spotlighting attendees. No awkward opt-in pressure.
